Every inspection we carry out is tailored to your specific property and employs some or all of the following practices:
Interior and Exterior Inspections
Inspections on certain aspects of your property including; walls, ceilings, concrete, plumbing, timber and metal applications in and throughout, stairs, chimneys, balconies, verandas, balustrades, doorframes, windows and more. Reporting on: potential hazards; the quality of water, electric and gas pipes and wires; structural integrity; fire hazard potential; the presence of concrete cancer, mould, dampness and pests; the presence of asbestos; ventilation and air and; structural deterioration.
Roof and Under Floor Inspections
These assessments involve deep exploration and reports on the following: sarking and insulation efficiency and integrity; structural integrity and the potential for deterioration; the presence of asbestos, mould and pests; metal, timber and concrete condition and; potential fire hazards.
Overall Site Inspections
These inspections cover all attached property facilities such as, sheds, garages, warehouses, swimming pools, laundry rooms and more. Each inspection reports on: the structural integrity of appropriate safety provisions; driveway and stair condition; inappropriate loading; the presence of damp, mould and pests and; water quality, non defect issues but things you should know (fire exiting, asbestos, fencing, council approval).
